Ebay Purchases sent to PSA Vault

Has anyone had any experience with purchasing through eBay and sending to the PSA Vault? It has currently been 21 days since the "item hand off to PSA vault" and it is still just showing "item is on its way to the vault" on my collectors app. It is currently showing in all items but not in the vaulted section. Was just wondering if this wait time was normal? Honestly just wanted to try out the process since I do have cards I graded in the vault but this wait is way too long for me to do it again.

I have used the vault and this seems to be the new normal. Guess they are swamped with submissions.

It was 20 days for me. I bought 1 card 1 day, and another card a few days later. They both arrived at the vault at the same time, so they must be holding and waiting to batch cards together to send to PSA vault.
I spoke to the ebay vault specialist, and they are overwhelmed with the PSA transition and I even received some incorrect information from them, so they are not sure of some things themselves. For example, ebay said I was not registered for vault services. I assured them I was, and after some digging they found that I was indeed registered, and they were confused why it said I wasn't in one place and was in another.
