FS 1940 Gum Inc Superman Cards PSA graded lot of 19 plus 8 Horrors of War

There are 27 total cards for $4000. The Superman cards are rare and many people consider this as the best non sports card set ever. They are 85 years old and just got graded to authenticate the cards because there are fakes/ reprints out there. What you see before you are the real deal.

I am somewhat shocked the grades were low because they all have good eye appeal but even in 2 grades these go for $100-300+ a card. I truly feel many of these should be 3-4s although a few of them did achieve a 3 grade.

The one card that shows authentic but altered is inaccurate. There is some pencil markings on the card and nothing else so that one should have received a numeric grade but designated marking with an (MK) in parenthesis.

The Horrors of War are from 1938 are also from Gum Incorporated.

Superman, the most recognized, and widely accepted first superhero is what started all the superheroes you see today.
