They didn't take your submission? I submitted two things last month without issue, when did this start?
Last few days. Trying to submit a new order online. Keeps failing. No response from Tech Support either.

About a week ago, I tried all evening to get an online submission to go through and failed every single time. The next morning, it was accepted on the first try.

Yea, I use to use the on-line submission form but gave up on it after 2 different attempts months apart of entering all the info just to have it fail in the final step.
A huge waste of time so now I just use the paper form.
