This rare late 4th-early 3rd Cent. BC Caria, Island of Rhodes AR Didrachm celebrates the god Helios, a Greek god associated with the sun, and features a rose motif on the reverse. Artfully engraved in Ancient Greek Style. Its obverse depicts Helios' head in detail, while on the reverse a rose blooms in high relief. Super nice surfaces XF at least and hard-to-find.
