Reasonably decent Grammy winning singer. Got way over her head on a tough to sing anthem and got worse as she tried to do better.
Unfortunately. She did one of the worst performances by an adult of all time. Really isnt even great anyways and I love country music
Derby wasnt great either. Dont need to see the best players hitting homeruns barely clearing the fence. Would rather see the guys that can hit the ball a mile in BP even if they cant do it in a game

IMHO there shouldn't be "renditions" of our national anthem. It should be respectfully sung as written.
If not for Bobby and Teoscar it would have really sucked. Showtime for those two. Alonso and Gunnar were bad and they were supposed to be the big guns. If all you saw were balls barely clearing the fence you weren’t watching too closely.
Should probably start a "best" anthem thread. Kind of at my limit for the week, though,

I dont watch the all star stuff anymore as it always sucks! Get on with the remainder of the season. The only thing good about it is it gives the players a break to rest and recuperate.
Now she says she was drunk and is getting the help she needs.

I only happened to watch it because Bobby was competing and the girl just didn’t look good from the start. So I’m really not surprised.
Hope she gets another chance sometime to do it sober.
On another note, mlb has to be closely monitoring whoever is doing the anthem tonight.

Gunnar has more of a line drive swing and just hits rockets all over the place, he did pretty well until the end given he wasnt a great fit for the event to begin with. Alonso choked or gassed out whatever you want to call it. There were some big homeruns, but not enough. It was one of the more boring ones to watch, the best in game hitters arent always the best BP homerun hitters. Ramírez's longest homerun was like 400 feet.

Roseanne Barr's is hands down the worst of all time, and it's not particularly close.
