eBay international shipping with multiple items

I am sure it happened to some of the sellers before. I just want to know how you guys handle it. I have a buyer bought two items from me. I am not sure how many shipping charge he/she paid. Since it is the same buyer for both items I just ship them together instead of shipping them separately to eBay hub. Would this cause me trouble? What do your guys think?

Unless on the same invoice and paid together, I always ship multiple items separately. Exception is on low cost items or to a very well known and trusted buyer.
You can simply add the tracking number to the other item as well.
Edited to add: it depends on what kind of trouble you mean. From an eBay delivery standpoint, you can just add the tracking as I mentioned. HOWEVER, from a Customs standpoint, combining them will create a problem if they paid a VAT or Import Duty as the amount will not match the contents.
If you're using eBay's international shipping, as far as I know they all have to be sent separately unless (and I'm not sure if it's working yet) the invoice is combined before it's paid for. If you are shipping directly to the buyer, then you can combine everything into one package.
It arrived eBay hub yesterday. I did use the same tracking for both items but still not sure what is the outcome. I will post an update when it arrive.
It did arrived the destination safely.
