these are surprisingly easy to find
can't post them all
what to do? what to do?
Seller has another listing to remove while we are at it.

Note that the piece shown is not actually double-struck.
There was a secondary (off-center) engraving in the dies to create the illusion of a double strike via a single strike.
How can a 2-Headed Morgan Dollar Coin be considered counterfeit when there is no such thing as a real one?
The 1893 Morgan Dollar shown as double struck is said to be counterfeit Is there such a thing as a real one? I've looked all over and can't find a photo of a real one...?
It never ends 👎
His ad for the 1893 Morgan Error Double Struck Error Coin reads (twice) "coin contains NO SILVER". He sure isn't trying to pass it off as real, Kind of nice to have really.
I like how he sold out of ten of them. I don't understand why ebay doesn't shut this guy down. Claims it's a Morgan in the title, then states NO SILVER in the description.
Because the people who write laws about counterfeit coins are not stupid enough to say that a counterfeit coin with a slight alteration to the design or legend is not a counterfeit coin because there are no genuine coins with that exact same alteration
CaptHenway..your reply makes no sense. ????????????????
"He."
🤣
I am offering quite high odds that you are the seller.
Actually it does. Read "counterfeit" as "not real" and the whole thing should make sense to you.
Also, it is not a (fake) two headed Morgan, as you said, it is a (fake) double struck Morgan.
It kind of sounds like you are the seller. Otherwise, why would you engage in such a semantic debate?
If you like semantics, is it appropriate to call it a Morgan dollar when it is not?
It's also not an "error coin" since it was made that way with a die cut that way.
It's also not "double struck" since it was made with a single strike from a die.
So, if you want to get in a semantic debate, you might try the seller (you?).
