1854 O WB-23 Seated Half Dollar - Any Information?

Just got this back from PCGS. I was wondering if anyone knew the rarity or value of this? I see that PCGS has only graded 2 (this being one of them). Thank you!

Bill's book lists the WB-23 as an R-6, however I have three in my inventory ranging from PCGS VG08 to PCGS XF45 so I have a feeling that the rarity might be somewhat overstated. Although I seek out more difficult die marriages so my inventory might not be a good representation.

Beware of so-called rarity ratings on Seated coinage. Hoarding of better dates/mintmarks over the past forty years means that many supposed "rarities" really aren't. They are just hoarded until the hoarder dies and the heirs dump them on the market.

    All glory is fleeting.
