1943 steel penny or plated?

    Doesn't appear to be plated.

    I know I have said this before, ( as recently as yesterday) but all you have to do is look at
    the edge, if it is shiny like the obverse and reverse, then it is plated. If you can see the dull
    steel colour between the layers of zinc, then it is original.
