i forgot to mention the changes in the 1989 fleer

randy johnson marlboro card. i've graded about 15 of them. got 1 10. my last 2 i sent in about a year and a half ago, came back as partially obscured. they look 100% identical to the ones i've graded in the past including the 10. you can read the marloboro without any blockage. just an fyi.

I agree. This is ridiculous. I just sent in 4 PSA graded "Ad Partially Obscured" cards for reholdering. The cards are 100% identical to "Ad on Scoreboard" labeled cards in my collection. Even still I just received a message from PSA stating that the submitted cards were labeled correctly as is and the label won't be changed.
Supposedly they are now only labeling the "clear" version (that only has 4 known examples) with the "Ad on Scoreboard" label.

many of my posts have addressed the lack of consistency and this is a huge one. IMO that is garbage.
