Anyone hear from Greattoning lately?

Greattoning used to be quite active on eBay with weekly auctions featuring some nice toned coins. I haven’t seen anything listed lately besides one buy it now item (not toned) that has been there for a while. Does anyone know if he retired/stopped dealing with coins/consignments?

What a wonderful source of information he is! I used to call and pick his brain for hours. His passion for toned coins knows no bounds.
I do hope all is well with him.
Perhaps a follow-up phone call is in order.

I haven't seen him either. He was so good, great dealer to work with with an exceptional eye for toning obviously. I still own one piece that I acquired from him sometime ago and it is magnificent

If you make the phone call, please let us know. I have bid on several of his items over the years but did not ever talk to him or know him too well. I just knew he consistently had cool coins that I liked.

I could never bring myself to calling him by his nickname.
He was always Richard to me.
