Has anyone ever seen this error on a 1958-D 1C?

Check out the 9 in the date. It’s super cool. If you have any information about this coin, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I am wondering what it may be worth? Thanks in advanced!

Looks like a small die chip on the 9 which would not
add any value as this is not considered an error.

A key hole nine effect. Lol.
Quality control would appreciate you saving it.
    Now find another brother.
    cool.

Agree, die chips and filled-in 9s are pretty common for this date. The Mint was getting ready for the new Memorial Reverse mintage in 1959 and was not overly worried about quality control for the 1958 issues.
