1984-86 & 1986 Star Basketball Grading Confusion

Can anyone help clear up what PSA & BGS will and will not grade for the mid 80's star basketball cards? I have submitted a request but have yet to receive a response from both BGS & PSA. There are two sets in particular, the first is the 1985-86 Star "All-Rookie" Set which includes the #2 Jordan. I do see some examples in the wild from PSA & BGS, PSA did put out a news release last year stating they would begin grading star cards from these sets again but it seems when i go to submit PSA shows "No longer grading" but it will allow me to submit the card???

The second is the 1986 Star 11 Card Jordan set, PSA included this set in their news release last year but i have been unable to find a single PSA graded card from this set on ebay or the PSA pop report. I prefer PSA, but if BGS is the only option i will head that direction.

Thanks for the response, yes that is the article i refer to in my OP. It seems they are not currently grading as per this article hence the confusion.

I did hear about them taking at least two sets off the list. Maybe one of their social media accounts posted the reason?
