I hate the word "grail" but...

I have just ordered the Fr 270 $5 educational note. It's a PMG 35 PPQ. So I have the set of three now, The $1 is 35 PCGS PPQ. The $2 is PMG 35 not PPQ. Sure would like them in 64 but one cannot have everything. I am thrilled to have the set in 35, as they look great.

OTOH there is THIS.

I don't roll that way.

35 can certainly have a pleasing overall look!

Thx. I wish I could get 64+ in everything I collect, but there are bills to pay, not just collect!

If folds are not prominent, I can live with a 35 . I am grateful for the collection I have!

Beautiful $5 Educational! You know we haven't seen a nice $2 in quite some time.

The Educational $5 is about the most spectacular note the Treasury ever created.

That, and the Lazy Deuce $2 National, were the first types I just had to have when I started my tiny collection.

That is a superfine looking example!

Good looking $5 Educational. Any pics of the back of the note?

Here's the reverse. I have ordered the 1908 "Tombstone" in PMG 35 EPQ and 1923 $5 Porthole PCGS VF-30 PPQ. So I'll have all silver certs in the 1896, 1899, 1908 and 1923 series. Well. not all of them but one of each. Nothing less than a 30.

The earlier SS series are likely out of reach unless I win the lottery. I am, nonetheless, proud of what I DO have.
