When I look this up in search (1984FM Belize $10 in ProofLike Uncirculated) I get Cert Code: 711411
But certs should be 7 or 8 digits and when I look it up nothing comes up. I then could not find it by manually going through ALL the listings for Mint State, PL, Specimen, Proof....

711411 is the PCGS coin number, not the cert number (which as you say is 7-8 digits long).

But as to why 711411 isn’t showing in the pop report, I have no clue. This has happened to me on several occasions as well, often with British Soho Mint patterns.

Maybe PCGS assigned the number 711411 to that coin, but haven't certified any yet. 711410 seems to be the proof version of this coin.

Curious. This would be a VERY rare coin.

Wow, you have the 1984 $10 in PL? Very nice if so. I got the set but not the individuals....One day we will hopefully find out how many were struck and/or released...
