With Canadian coins, there is hardly any premium for toning, as there is for Morgan dollars.

The average eBay price in Canada for a PL65 over the last 39 sales is $30.75 CDN. Toning does not add that much value and 1967 PL Dollars are quite common.

Looks like a nice coin to me. If folks don't like the price then they are free to move on, but to comment on a legitimate coin in a PCGS holder with great toning that is priced at a little higher than a typical, blast-white piece leaves me scratching my head.
