Found this in a roll of Washington Quarters. 1950 D/S ( I think)

I was looking through a group of silver Washington quarters and noticed this 1950 D with something going on with the mintmark. I believe it to be the 1950 D/S. Can anyone confirm what this is for me? TIA, HM.
