Removing cert numbers for set registry

I have emailed six times over the past five weeks to remove three certification numbers that is locked up in another collectors set. No response from PSA and zero help from the collector that once had these cards. Can someone at PSA please help? Also, can we just make a rule that if these collectors don't remove the certs within the three days allowed, warn them first and the next step we stone them?

Did you take pics of front and back of card and coin it when you sent the email.
If you take front and back pics of the cards with today’s date written on something also in both pictures PSA will remove them from the previous owners registry. Even with the slow down in adding new slots to sets I was still having PSA take care of these rather quickly.
I sent the photos of all the cards to five emails. What email is best?
I believe you can send it directly thru the PSA site. Look in SET REGISTRY. Then on the left side, there's a heading "ACTIVITY". That should list the pending items and there's a place to upload the photos. I believe that you must send one photo for the front and one for the back and upload them to the site individually. Hope this helps. Never really had a problem with this; response time is normally within 24 hours.
Yeah I have always just done it right through the set registry app and then uploaded front and back pics with the date in the pictures and they have usually freed the reg number and allowed me to add in a rather short time period.
Going off memory and looking at my Registry App. If you tried to register the cert number on the registry and it should have prompted an email another user has the cert and asks if you would like to send an email. If you said yes to sending the email this way the card should show up under your “Activity” section in the app and also on the website if you are using a desktop.
Under the “Notifications” section it should show the card and state something along the lines of “Removal Request Sent” and next to that there is an Upload button. Select the Upload button and upload images of the front and back of the entire PSA slab with the date written on a small piece of paper above or below both images of the slab.
This should get PSA to free the certs. Once they are freed you will get a notification and you can re-enter the reg numbers and add them to you registry. It’s possible after you upload the images the request may appear under the history tab.
I don’t have any pending for removal but have attached a photo of the slot request so you can see what I am talking about.
Just to build on what Mephisto wrote, here is the top part of my Set Registry page via the website after clicking on the "Activity" link on the left:
In the center is what you should see if you successfully sent a removal request. Wait 3 business days and then either upload pictures with a date in the background of the front and back through the page, or use the app so you can take the photos right in the app. If you do this from the app (at least the Android app), click on the bell icon in the upper right for the easiest access the upload buttons.
