Cardinal Fans...can you imagine?

Man, I wish they would have broke those bad boys out for a year or two. Just to see them!
In my opinion, the Cardinals have one of the best uniforms in all of sports, but that would've been a cool nostalgic thing to see.

    I recall as a kid collecting baseball cards, the Cardinals logo was always one of my favorites.

    i've mentioned this multiple times before, but my dad is a Cards lifer. Stan the Man his all-time fav player. he got this ball signed by the majority (if not all?) of the team sometime in the late 40s. i spy HoFers such as Musial, Enos Slaughter and Red Schoendienst. Joe Garagiola on there as well. why Marty Marion resides on the sweet spot is right up there with some of life's greatest mysteries.

    Only a guess. Marty may of been the first to sign, so he took the sweet spot before others had their chance. Your Dad has good taste, as my avatar reflects his choice.
