Alex Cora whines about chants of "let's go Yankees" in Fenway

Maybe if your team and your management skills were better, you wouldn't be hearing the chants. Blaming fans is just stupid. All anyone has to do is glance at the standings found directly under the Green Monster for all to see, and yesterday they saw 14GB, today it's 13GB, you gotta suck it up and not be a whiney baby. Lots and lots of fans travel to the opponent's venue to tease and abuse the opponent as best they can...kinda like when you got caught cheating in Houston.

BTW, you are clearly on track to find your team in last place in their Division for 3 consecutive seasons! Who's to blame for that??

Alex has a right to be mad.

It's the management that refuses to spend money and get top tier players in Boston, Alex can only run the team with what he has got and to hear "Let's go Yankees" in Fenway is inexcusable no matter what the scenario is.

Honestly I'm infuriated even hearing that this happened

The cheating thing is one thing. He deserves all the blowback from that but it's the Red Sox owners that abandoned this team

Three out of five is a good showing against the Phills and the dreaded Yankees with a chance to win both series today is what they have to keep doing. They will have a first baseman coming back in a couple of weeks who is badly needed to help the cause. Smith just is not the man they need there and Dalbec is an excellent fielder but can't hit his way out of a paper bag lately.

I have no illusions of them competing seriously for a playoff run, in fact I'd rather see them finish last than barely miss out on the wild card, the Owners need to feel.the heat until.they decide to pay some attention to this team rather than have it as a chapter in their investment portfolio, like maybe they will eventually get sick of hearing about how pathetic and embarrassing the Sox are and do something about it if they continue to be out of the playoffs

I want them to go all out to Win this year if possible as these kids want it badly and I am another year older with not many left so am ready for another run at it from Albuquerque. Still some hope for them Al.

I think we all want them to win, but the season is close to half over and they're stuck at about 50-50. They need a string of wins, not just one or two in a row here and there.

Oh I agree about that for sure but coming together right now with all their best players and not players with dead gloves and heads to be on the field. Errors that are not necessary or wanted. Just concentrate on the ball coming at you at all times! It would not be allowed when you were in flight control. It just takes one error to lose a game.

I hope you all got to see what the Red Sox can do tonight. It showed what this team can do to the opposing team with 9 steals and timely hitting. They took 2 out of 3 from the Phillies and 2 out of 3 from the Yankees. They just dont need to have a letdown for the next series and they will be fine going forward..
