Terrible photo so I apologize as I left the house for a call in to work. Interesting looking bowtie to say the least lol looks like it belongs somewhere else.
There is no indent on the back it just appears normal.

Looks like some schmutz. Dry cleaner should take care of that.
Windsor Knot variety.
It is either a die chip or there is something on the coin.
In either case it is not an error and has no added numismatic value.
