Submission check in times

It's been 2 weeks since PCGS received my submission from the post office and it still isn't checked in yet. Is this normal, or are they just backed up right now?

    Probably just backed up. Seems like all the TPGs get swamped this time of the year. I sent submissions to NGC and CACG recently had delay issues with both of them. :s

    The actual time to mark Received ended up being 11 business days. I wasn't to concerned because I could see the package was received through "Find My Package "

    In the past it has only taken a few days or so. But they're there now and all accounted for so it's all good.

    Economy order of 8 Morgans was received by PCGS on 6/3/24.
    As of today I'm at 38 business days (no weekends and holidays). Still in grading.
