10 day turnaround. Hats off to PSA!

However, 3 of the cases are cracked. Will PSA reholder them for free or will I have to pay?

Call PSA at 1-800-325-1121, press "4" when you get the options, and tell them that there were cracked cases in their recent shipment, and I suspect that they will tell you that all you'll have to pay is postage to get them there.

No such luck for me they've had the cards over 10 days ...no results. ( i know 30 bus days) I did get back my reholder and regrade in 4 days....same grade though Although I was suprised the regrade was in the same holder...they didnt take it out to look at it.

They are slower on vintage. I sent in 80's special and bulk vintage at the same time, the 80's special took 14 calendar days (including holiday), the bulk vintage took the better part of a month, which is about twice as fast as they could have taken, had they chosen to.

do you think the Number of cards you send in on a given order is a factor?

on qmayer's he only had 7 cards... so I can see how that got thru fast....

but what if you sent in 50 or 100 or 500 cards, doesn't that slow things to a halt?

(and I agree - they are slower on vintage)

I definately agree on the vintage. Usually it takes longer unless you submit a small order. This month I sent 120 cards through Len Pottie in Canada on three invoices. The deal with sending them from Canada is your cards are received one month after you send them so there is no rush for them to grade them. However, they were very quick to post the grades this month.

My invoice #'s were 763680 and 763679 for the 1980's special.
I think they are probably trying to get as much grading done as possible before the National so they do not fall too far behind.

My order wasnt large under 50. I am hoping in the next day or 2. I noticed from people posting regarding the 80's special it is averaging about 14 days. Bigkid his order was about 16 cards(inititial poster). I thought the min was 25 cards for the special? I am exspecting 75% 9's and 25% 8's. NO 7's I have only ever had one. I would have sent in more last week BUT Charlie hasnt got back to me in over a week with much needed info image Special is over in a few hours.

You're right, I was looking at the line numbers....

as to the amount, if you send mutiple invoices in togther, they will give you the "25 total" submitted. (so there might have been another whole invoice sent in)
