Mint-damaged or post-mint damaged quarter?

Numismatics and I are still getting to know each other.

Would you please advise if the below coin appears to be damaged at the mint or
post-mint? Thank you for your help.

What does it matter if it was damaged at the mint ( which would be almost impossible)
or after it left the mint (which is the most probable), damage is damage and is worth 25 cents.

To clarify the above statements: there isn't really any such thing as "mint damage". There are just "mint errors" and "varieties", both of which can sometimes resemble "damage" but usually don't.

As a general rule, if it looks like someone has taken a coin and hacked at it with sharp and/or blunt instruments, then that's probably exactly what happened - it's just "damage".

I usually call such coins "lawnmower coins", because getting caught up in lawnmower blades will absolutely cause damage just like this.

After the lawn was cut, the coin ended up
here, thus taking a few more hits.
