Sacagawea errors?

Have a Sacagawea dollar with some unusual traits(?). First is no date, next is no mint mark, lastly, on the reverse, on the left are five arrowheads. On the right are the feathered shafts, but only four. Any comments appreciated.

That sounds like the 2010 version. Take a look on the edge and see if you can read 2010 there.

Welcome to the forum
There are no errors on that coin. The date and mint mark are on the edge of the rim.
The arrow shafts are the way it was designed.
That design is from the year 2010, sounds like a normal coin by the description.
I have a 2011 graded with no edge lettering.
Thanks for the information from all who commented.
