Large cent ... error or pmd?

I'm familiar with some error types, but had this coin sent to me to possibly send in for conservation. We are also curious if this would be some type of mint error or pmd on the reverse around 10pm or so? I'm leaning towards pmd after taking pictures of it.
Thoughts?

Yes and you can't conserve it, except maybe to stop the active corrosion.
Yes what?

My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
PMD, and the other issues are likely beyond any reasonable restoration.
I believe it’s the N2, which is a slightly better R3 variety, but still strongly recommend you save your money. An at home acetone or olive oil soak may improve it slightly if desired.
Thanks, once I took the high res pictures it looked more like pmd to me, but not familiar with all the errors. I will try a longer acetone soak but I agree not worth doing much else too.
