1975 Topps baseball mini cello question

I generally have a good sense of what to look for in unopened cellos, but I acquired some 75 mini cellos that seem a little sloppy. I have seen many PSA authenticated that look similar. Does anyone with more experience know if the minis were inconsistently wrapped because of their smaller size? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

The seals on back are generally not as clean as the regular sized cello packs as the cards were smaller but the wrappers Topps used were the same.

Topps used the same packaging for both mini and regular sized 1975 racks, too, though the wax wrappers were different.

Wow, I can't believe they used the same wrapper. No wonder they are so sloppy and bulky in the back.
