Thank you PCGS.

I ran into an issue that placed my recent submission on hold. My fault, I missed a step in the procedure. I called, as requested, and was answered within mere minutes of hold. Spoke with a very nice associate Rubin. We discussed the issue and how to repair it. We were cut off, again my error, and I was called back within minutes by another great associate(my term) Tristan(sp) and the issue was resolved and my submission hold was removed.
I post this as today as we have so many complaints and yet I was taken care of as if I were someone special and I truly appreciate that. Again, thank you PCGS. Hope others receive the same service.
Jim

In spite of the other recent issues noted on the forum, I will give credit where credit is due. I had to call customer service yesterday in the middle of the day, and I actually got to speak with a representative pretty quickly (within 5 mins). I don't recall his name, but he was helpful and answered my questions efficiently.

Good to hear. All to often we only post or talk negatively. This is a breath of fresh air.

    Thanks for posting.

Same. Problem with a recent submission was quickly resolved when they called me. They even answered a few other questions. Much appreciated.

Same here, I recently sent my first submission in well over a decade, and reached out with questions via email, every one was answered quickly and helpfully.
