Cent errors-recent pickups

PppPpp Posts: 498 ✭✭✭✭

I just picked up three cent errors that I think are pretty cool.

Two are off center Lincoln copper cents. The approx 95% off center coin weighs 3.1 grams therefore it’s copper.

I am not sure what the error is for the 1902 Indian because I cannot make out the design. Any ideas?

    Nice on the top two!

The Indian is post mint :/

Sorry, your Indian cent is not a mint error.

    Thank you for your comments.

The seller said the Indian cent was a strike through and I was suspicious however, it was part of a larger buy so the cost was minimal and worst case it’s pmd, which I guess it is.

two out of three isn’t that bad. Plus, I got a couple of 2023 extra v cents too.

What kind of "strike through" results in an off center strike patterned on both sides?

Jmlanzaf: exactly, I don’t know. I am smart enough to know I don’t know everything and I am constantly learning, however in this case in appears my initial suspicion was correct.
