Continuing on my photography practice, more GTG, this time merc and hawaii! (revealed)

Hi folks, I'm still trying to practice my coin photography. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can improve even more. I never realized how fun it is to photograph coins!

Anyways, here's 2 more photos I took today. They look very close to what they look like in hand. Also that Hawaii dime is probably the most beautiful toner I've ever seen, feel free to GTG!

Don’t know enough to try the first, but I will go 45 on the Merc.

63 on the HI, 45 on the 42/1. Nice coins!

Unless they are toned that way, the white balance appears to be off. See if you can correct it - if your camera can set it for you use a grey card or a pure white sheet of paper.

@Connecticoin the coins are toned that way, I'm using a 18% Whibal card to adjust my white balance. They both have a very pretty gold toning.

Oh ok. The Merc looks a bit dark, so if it is not that dark in hand, maybe increase the light exposure
