    I've seen something not exactly the same but similar with 1774 2 reales.
    Where some have the lines on the epaulette while others don't.
    They also show up like this in 1775 but not other years, at least to my knowledge.
    By the way both examples shown are 64's

    That issue plagues most coins in the series as both the strength with which the portrait was punched into the die by the die sinker, as well as the actual coin strike pressure afterwards during the minting process seem to affect the details on the epaulletes.
