Trouble Adding to PSA/DNA Registry

Hi,

How do I add these to the PSA/DNA Registry? When I tried to add them using the cert number on the slab, it kept showing some other item. I contacted PSA customer service, but they said this is a common practice for PSA, and there isn't an alternative option. They refused to give me a unique cert number applicable only to my cards.

Here they are:
1978 Topps #707 Rookie Shortstops (cert number 84850982)
2022 Topps #87ASA-JMA Juan Marichal (cert number 83851932)

When I add them to the PSA/DNA Registry, other items shows up, a Wyman CD Cover, and a Ramirez card.

Is adding them to the PSA Registry the only solution here?
