OK Walker guys, and gals if you are out there...Grade this early date Walker. Extra credit if you nail grade and presence of CAC sticker.

That looks spectacular with tons of luster.

Did not know there existed PL Walkers, but here is one. Without coin in hand to rotate in light to find a limiting factor not visually apparent in this photo. I would say MS67PL and yes to CAC.

I’ll go with 66+, as well.
No guess on a sticker, as I don’t like to guess, based on a guess (of grade). Said another way, I prefer not to guess whether a coin has stickered unless I know the assigned grade.

MS 66 CAC!!
I love the luster on that piece. It reminds me of my 1921D.

66 beautiful.

I agree with @MFeld , hard to guess both , but no bean from me
I'm in the 66 crowd as well. There is a huge price jump between a 66 and 67.
67 c/cac

I wish I had images of this one!
Having seen it in hand, I will say it is fantastic. I truly don't remember the actual grade, but will refrain from guessing so as not to spoil the fun.

Wow, had to put my sunglasses on for that one. Really nice looking coin that at minimum should be a 66.

Dang! 67+*PL CAC
I would grade it 68 based on the holder and the image but I’ll stick with the above.

If that’s a 66 it’s past time to crack and Pack.
Same guess for me. NGC loves blast white coins like this.
**It's a NGC MS-66 CAC **
OK, almost everyone here graded this one accurately at 66. Special call out goes to @TPRC @rnkmyer1 @Walkerfan and @Walkerguy21D for nailing grade and sticker. And thanks to all who called it 66+ and above.
The early Walkers are really cool coins.

Here is the only pre-1934 gem WLH with a gold CAC sticker on it. A 1916-D PCGS MS65-

@rnkmyer1 beautiful Walkers buddy! wow!
@Eldorado9: thanks! I’m trying to put together a set of the 20 early Walkers (1916-1921). 9 down, 11 to go! Tough road!

Very tough road. The early Walkers seem non-existent in dealer's inventories, GC, and even the major auctions these days. Those coins come one-by one, and slowly! Especially if you are picky about grade, luster, strike, color!
65 CAC
Many posters graded the coin 66 or higher and both NGC and CAC graded it 66. You should consider the possibility that you under-graded it as a 65.

I don't usually like white coins but that is stunning...67+ ; cac green bean

Oops already revealed, oh well.
What a beautiful coin! My thought was 66 CAC before I saw the reveal. I see that Gerry Fortin (GFRC) has an auction coming up this month with some higher grade early Walkers.
ElDorado - nice coin! I guessed after you did the reveal but I wanted to do it without checking what others said (including you!)
1917 is a special date for me. It was one of the finest two or three in my set. It’s still the only stickered 67 for that date. The purchaser promptly cracked it, presumably to try for a +.

I grade it as gem uncirculated. A grade number simply adds to the considerable confusion we are seeing here. Better than choice uncirculated but doesn't appear to be "superb" to me since some weakness of strike is seen on the eagle's leg. Very nice coin. I would put one of my Avery label green stars on it's holder.
