Help coin identification unknown

I’m new here, hello.
Found this coin and I can’t identify. Could someone please assist. It’s strong to a magnet. Also, how do I clean?

    Hello and welcome.

It is - or was - a coin from Bulgaria. The four visible letters - backwards-N H K backwards-N - are the last letters of the name of the Bulgarian minor denomination "stotinki". I can see remnants of the central number "2", so this is a 2 stotinki, from 2000 or 2002 when they were made of plated steel. Example on WorldCoinGallery.

The coin cannot be cleaned. The brown blob is rust; the steel core of the coin has corroded away and completely turned to rust. It cannot be saved. You can use acid to make the rust go away, but that would likely dissolve the entire coin.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
