I love these colors, but is this Merc toning getting too close to terminal?

I love the colors on this toned 43-s Merc in my LOC album. I think it got this toning while it lived in a cheap folder for decades. My question for the experts here; is this getting too close to terminal? Should I move it to something like an AirTite to try and prevent/slow further toning?
Thanks!

I don't think those colors are natural.
The coin appears to be a cleaned XF with AT.

Sorry, I hate toning, so I have nothing nice to say about this coin.
Thanks. In that case I’ll just leave it in the album and enjoy the (likely artificial) colors.
Well, I’m sorry it has no appeal to you. For me it adds some interest to an otherwise common coin.
Is this self-flagellation for your nicely toned avatar?
It is perfectly OK for an album common coin space filler.

I should find a blast white replacement for this coin in his honor.
I don't think it's AT and I don't mind the look of it at all. It's a mid-grade circulated dime that was likely lightly cleaned back in the day and has taken on toning from the sulfur in an album.
If you're worried then take it out and put it in a 2x2. Otherwise, it probably won't turn quickly given the state it is already in.

I hate to say it but to my eyes this is blatant AT, to cover up/hide the problems on the coins surfaces, and yes it is fugly in color/eye appeal
If you like it, enjoy it as is. What you do to it and where you store it won't change its market value at this point. It's a nice coin.

Definitely a pass, except maybe for melting.
