PRESENTED TO EDDIE VAN HALEN TO COMMEMORATE THE SALE OF MORE THAN 1,000,000 COPIES OF THE WARNER BROS. RECORDS ALBUM, CASSETTE AND C.D. "VAN HALEN"

The autograph on the top of the frame is expected to be Eddie Van Halen.
What do you think?
If this autograph were real, would it be worth more than $1,000?

    looks like david lee roth, and maybe a van halen underneath to me.
