Selling: Large Cal Ripken Jr. Collection, 25K Asking Price

The collection is largely focused on Cal Ripken Jr., though there are a few pieces with little or no relation to him (as well as a large number of common cards, though a number of these are focused on the Baltimore Orioles).
The collection includes:

Several binders containing thousands of common cards, several dozen special/limited edition cards- including gold, silver, red, game jersey/bat/patch fusion cards, and a few signed cards.

Several pennants, posters, a few limited edition oil paints, and other miscellaneous decorations.

Plaques, framed accomplishments, "I was there" game day certificates.

A few signed balls.

Magazines, and other extraneous paraphernalia.

As you can see from the pictures below, it is a very large collection with binders full of commons, multiple single items that on their own would sell for upwards of $400, and plenty more. There are pictures of it in it's current state to give a good idea of how large the collection is and the current state (as well as to feature rarer items) and pictures of it when it was displayed by the collector in his house.
A spreadsheet containing a mostly comprehensive list of what the collection includes can be provided at the request of interested parties (the collector didn't keep records of the latest 2 or 3 years of collection, but it is well over 90% accurate to what the collection is now).
The pictures of the collection as it was displayed include items that have already been sold, this is mostly the jerseys and game balls, any close-up photos taken on a wood table (as well as those including boxes) are currently in the collection.

Price is flexible, but time is limited, the collection will either be sold online or taken to a convention on June 1st to be sold there (it is possible that the collection won't be sold there, if the post isn't marked as sold/taken down, please feel free to send inquires).
We are located near Chehalis, Washington and are willing to transport the collection a maximum of 5-6 hours drive (at no additional cost to you), or to ship the collection at your cost (shipping costs have not been calculated, but it won't be cheap).
