I am sure that everyone here had four posts at one time or another. I have purchased coins from people here years ago. I just recently got back to collecting again. I get that I am not part of the club. Security works both ways. I am on E-bay as billr51, with over 1100 positive feedback. My registry set is W.C.R collection. No worries I will find it at one of the auction houses.
What makes you think that I wouldn't pay up front. Never heard of PPGS.
