This is the only one graded by NGC in any grade (4 graded at PCGS) and it’s also the lowest one graded by either. So I have a top pop at NGC and the low ball from all 5 graded from both. Kind of cool to have that distinction.

How can it be a top pop if it's at the bottom? Shouldn't we call it a bottom pop?

    That is pretty cool.

The 1923 2 Feathers is a pretty rare bird, so I would say congratulations are deserved. As the OP stated he has a 1/1 top pop at NGC, but also the lowest graded of 5 total at both NGC and PCGS, which I think is pretty cool.

So to the OP I say congratulations!

    It’s either top/bottom pop, bottom/top pop or only pop.😉
