Not really, there were over 144 million struck so there are plenty out there.
With the condition of yours it might be worth $1.00 or so, there are some
on eBay in about the same condition for 99 cents.0 -

Get the PCGS coin app. It will give you an idea of rarity and what in condition a coin should be . It does not help with errors. Get coin folders to complete.

It is OK for a low grade coin folder album but has very little value. 50 cents would probably be full retail price for such a coin.
Maybe .25 cents on a good day. I keep the ones I find.
