Which Address Do I Ship To?

Hey everyone,

Plan on sending a submission, but am confused as to which address I should put on the shipping label. I plan on shipping via USPS, which tells me to ship via USPS to the following PSA address:

CU Receiving
P.O. Box 6180
Newport Beach, CA 92658

But PSA also states that all trading card submissions should be sent to the following address:

1600 E. St. Andrew Pl.
Santa Ana, California 92705

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Santa Ana. It is a little confusing, because the mass-mail from Customer service that was distributed a couple weeks ago said Santa Ana was the new address, but the link they provided in the message still shows the old screen that has the Newport Beach address specified in the upper left box and also the note at the bottom that says Santa Ana is effective April 24. Seems like they could have designed that webpage with more clarity, by deleting the old reference to Newport Beach for cards/tickets/packs/autos.

From my interpretation based on past precedence with regard to the 2 different addresses and the "updates" to the shipping guide that is linked to in the mass-mail email about the new address, the email was ONLY referring to submissions sent via methods OTHER THAN USPS, which previously went to 1610 St Andrews. Thus why a notice of new address needed to be sent out. Now if one sells a graded card on eBay an item that goes through Authentication Guarantee, even if you ship via USPS, the address is printed as 1600 St Andrews, so we know that PSA can receive USPS at the new address. But I think because of the volume of submissions sent via USPS, it is too cumbersome or some other logistical/operational issue for USPS to deliver such a larege volume to Santa Ana directly, thus why they are shipped directly to a USPS mail center where I assume PSA then drives in an armored truck (jk) to pick them up.

If Newport was not meant to still be used for USPS shipments, then there is no way it would still be on list of shipping addresses......

Ah, yes, I think you're right, thanks. USPS to Newport Beach, and UPS/FedEx/DHL to Santa Ana.

FWIW, mine was USPS to the new Santa Ana address and it "received" into their system today...

But, as others have mentioned they announced on 4/24 that, "Effective Wednesday, April 24th, please address all PSA Card, PSA Autograph, and PSA/DNA orders to the following address: CU Receiving 1600 E. St Andrew Pl. Santa Ana, CA 92705".

So... who knows... It's confusing to me. I only ship to PSA using FedEx so the address has not changed from what I am used to.

glad I am not the only one who is confused with this address change/update. It would be nice if someone from PSA would clarify, as the info they disseminated does not seem to jive with website info.

  • Thanks everyone for your input!

I would like to update that PSA finally got back to me saying that if shipping via USPS, the Newport Beach address is the address you would want to ship to. All other couriers would go to the new location.

They also did finally just sent an email clarifying this issue (which makes me feel like I made them lol).
