Had a great time at Central States. Graded notes did very well for me especially CSA / Obsoletes, Mexico Banco notes, and top / low pop World.
Non TPG graded notes did well also. A lot of it came down to design attractiveness. Notes with animals, railroad scenes, ocean or mountain scenery, etc. —many shopping in the $10-$25 stacks for like one for their bd year, etc.

It sounds like a continuation of the rise in interest in paper money and some other collectibles during the past few years, post Covid.
Good to hear that World paper seems to be doing well. Thanks for sharing!
For those who may not be familiar with the term "Central States" (like myself) @Cougar1978 means the Central States Numismatic Association convention which was just held recently in Schaumburg Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). From the site (& number of dealers at the bourse) it looked big & well done.

Central States, St Louis and Memphis used to be the big three midwestern paper money shows every year a few decades ago. Baltimore, Long Beach and FUN were then and still are the big ones on the coasts.
Sigh, I miss Memphis and St. Louis. Made 33 Memphis/Kansas City shows and at least a dozen St. Louis shows. All paper, all the time.
