eBay has an NGC 70, offer a fair price, crossover to PCGS and hope it gets 70, get disappointed at 69 or DNC. Or, just buy the PCGS MS69 for 24.50 also on eBay as a placeholder until you get a 70 someday. Options.

Wow, one sold for 12,500 on Great Collections back in 2016.

That price makes sense since out of 2,000+ submissions only 11 graded 70DCAM.

‘’That price makes sense since out of 2,000+ submissions only 11 graded 70DCAM.’’

    Well - yes and no.

I had one for sale publicly not too long ago and tried my hardest to place it with my dear friend CB for less than that price. But, we just could not come to terms. Another collector nabbed it and that was that.

The problem I'd imagine with the OP's request is if one does turn up he is likely then to be bidding against other dealers who have it on their watch lists for him and in essence, he would then be kind of bidding against himself.
