Very Peculiar mark on a Beautiful type 2 1913p Buffalo?

Hi guys,
While in my LCS. I discovered a very strange item in his display case! It's a typ. 2 1913p Full Horn Buffalo Nickel.
What's unfamiliar about this coin is the Die Gouge/Die Clash appearance on its reverse.
The owner had written on the flip, "Strike Through."
But I really don't think it's a S.T. The line is raised and very noticeable. Even without a loupe. He was only asking $15! What a bargain for such an exciting coin. Esp. the fact it's a first yr. Buffalo, beautiful details, spectacular Toner and a Full Horn, as well.
Here it is guys. What do you think? Strike Through, Die Gouge, Die Clash or something else?

Looks like the same kind of die gouge as on a wounded eagle Sac dollar.
It needs a name and then some hype! How about "vomiting buffalo"!

looks like a "drooling old bull" being raised does look like a gouge, but could it be a planchet flaw? very interesting. well worth the asking price!
