Does this look good enough to place in my album as FB?

I pulled this out of an old box I had of Mercs and Roosies. Is it good enough to be labeled as FB in my album?

Edited to add: Think an acetone soak would help the smudge on the lower right reverse?

Hard to tell from that photo.
Really need a clear closeup of the middle band.
Acetone may remove it, depends on what it is.
Other than a ding or two it is still open all the way. Not a value coin, just to fill a space in the album. The scuffs in the micro pic do not show up with the eye only. Inhand it appears to be a lustrous middle grade BU but not.

The bands look pretty full from here. Though as Greenstang said, a sharper photo is needed for a definitive answer.
From the close up I’d say no.
From the first photo I’d say underexposed.

If it would get a FB designation from our hosts ? Can't say for certain. But for an album, looks FB to me.
