1978 Topps - Regular Checklist or Hand-Cut Checklist?

Does anyone know how to distinguish a regular 1978 Topps checklist from a Hand-Cut checklist?

The sheet hand cut cards were printed on whiter card stock.
The card backs are a dead giveaway. (1975 had both grey and white backs)
(LEFT: hand cut vs RIGHT: regular)
