Has anyone seen a dennis boyd card like this. I can't find anything online that is like it.

not specifically like that, but there were lots of cards produced during that era that had some pretty bad factory defects. this one is oc almost to the point of MC and it looks like the red ink ran as well.

Can't say for sure if I ever had a Boyd, but I remember a lot of 87 Topps that looked pretty much like that. I threw them all in the trash.
I assume you are inquiring about potential value. There is none. Looks like the transmission fluid leaked, and not the oil. I actually had to look up why he was nicknamed Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd.
