Looking for Creatine powder (mix)

I ran out of my muscle tech creatine last week
I need back on it asap

does any1 have access to creatine powder, like grape, fruit punch, orange, etc?
brands like from GNC is fine... Muscle Tech, MetRX (I think thats how u spell it, u know what I mean), etc

    forgettabout the gum or drink. Go with the caplets, there huge(mine almost a inch long) but there faster to take. I get mine as GNC. But if you really want to get ripped, don't take any carbos. That way your body burn the fat instead of carbs so you lose weight and if you keep a steady workout regime, you'll see the results quick.

    Between 18-50 depending on pill count. For 18.00 I get 60 but taking 3 a day it don't last long. So I'm going to the 180 pill count for 48.00. It'll last me a while.
  • The Gum is the best for basketball. I have tried alot of stuff but that really does give you energy and keep you in the game longer.

  • Why do you take this crap?? It is the worst thing for your body. It jacks your heart by speeding up your heart rate. All I take is Cenrtum Performance and I'm doing fine... Bench 285, run the 40 in 4.5 etc... All you need to do is work hard, that stuff isn't natural and it isn't good for you. Look at all the reports experts put out about this stuff. A few people who took in even DIED.

    sonic-You won't lose weight, you'll lose fat. Working out more and eating tons of protien will add muscle, not fat to you. You'll weigh more(b/c muscle weighs more than fat), but you'll have a lower body fat %.

  • Sonicsfan if you're looking to gain weight/mass while working out, go with Protein/Weight gainer shakes 3 times a day with a steady workout regimine of 6/7 days a week. You could also bump up your carbo intake to 2-3 times the amount it is now. Carbo's are dead weight, but they can hinder your workout depending when you eat them. For instance don't eat a ton of carbo's before working out. Plan your meals.

    Another good habbit for putting on weight instead of shakes is to trick your body into constantly working on digesting food. Eat 3 square healthy meals a day with healthy snacks all day in between. Stay away from caffine especially while working out. Your heat rate gets high enough without caffine while working out, caffine only puts more of a load on your heart while you work out.

    Vitamins are also very important. The least you should take is 1 multi vitamin a day.

    The key to all of it though is working out. If you stick to working out 6-7 times a week you should see results by the end of the first month. Once you see results you push yourself harder knowing what you're doing is shaping your body. Without seeing results, your drive to get bigger/stronger likely will go away, so if all else fails stick the workout routine.

    Treat every workout like it is your last. There is no excuse to miss a day of working out.
