I ran out of my muscle tech creatine last week
I need back on it asap
does any1 have access to creatine powder, like grape, fruit punch, orange, etc?
brands like from GNC is fine... Muscle Tech, MetRX (I think thats how u spell it, u know what I mean), etc

Sonicsfan if you're looking to gain weight/mass while working out, go with Protein/Weight gainer shakes 3 times a day with a steady workout regimine of 6/7 days a week. You could also bump up your carbo intake to 2-3 times the amount it is now. Carbo's are dead weight, but they can hinder your workout depending when you eat them. For instance don't eat a ton of carbo's before working out. Plan your meals.
Another good habbit for putting on weight instead of shakes is to trick your body into constantly working on digesting food. Eat 3 square healthy meals a day with healthy snacks all day in between. Stay away from caffine especially while working out. Your heat rate gets high enough without caffine while working out, caffine only puts more of a load on your heart while you work out.
Vitamins are also very important. The least you should take is 1 multi vitamin a day.
The key to all of it though is working out. If you stick to working out 6-7 times a week you should see results by the end of the first month. Once you see results you push yourself harder knowing what you're doing is shaping your body. Without seeing results, your drive to get bigger/stronger likely will go away, so if all else fails stick the workout routine.
Treat every workout like it is your last. There is no excuse to miss a day of working out.
