    You can still see a lot of "D" on the coin anyway. I don't recall a true 22 No D Strong Reverse showing that much D, if any.

    Just at a quick glance that cannot be what it purports -- some of the obverse details are too sharp, like the back rim of the ear for example is better than the best 65BN graded by PCGS. edit: or even the 64RD for that matter, and the hair details are stronger on the EBay coin than anything in any pictures at any grade which is not possible.

    I advised the seller, who was appropriately surprised and sought guidance. I suggested the least expensive alternative would be ANACS as he is not a regular submitter to TPGs. Your expertise and awareness are indeed appreciated.
