What does PSA charge for return shipping of one reholder card? Just bought this card w/cracked case

I see their standard reholder service is $12.99. Wondering if the return ship charge is going to be something ridiculous like $18 for one card.
This is the card in question: just purchased on eBay. It is a key 1966 high Number that's very tough to get in nice shape. The eBay image led me to believe the holder was scratched but it is cracked (on both sides).
Besides the shipping cost question, is there a chance the card is damaged? Would PSA then not reholder it?

Edited to add: Here is the eBay scan of the card:

12.99 plus I believe 19.99 for return shipping.

They will reholder at same grade as long as card is not damaged.

A couple things.. The listing should have notated the crack, as the straight on picture does make it look totally different. I'd imagine you'd have no problem winning a not as described, but of course you probably still want the card and as well it is Greg Morris cards, and you may not want to risk getting blocked by him/them.

As for the possibility of PSA not re-holdering it, they will certainly re-holder it, however they are going to inspect the card after it is cracked out to make sure there isn't any damage from the crack(s). If the the card banged against the cracked area, it is possible for a scratch like line to appear, almost like a press line that you sometimes see on cards. If there is damage, they will regrade it and send it back in a nice new shiny holder with the updated grade.

Shipping cost is now $20! so you are looking at $33 to re-holder it!

Thanks for the replies. On the one hand, I bid low enough where I could consider a reholder of what I thought was a scratched case. On the other hand, I hate to pay $20 to get one card shipped back to me. More importantly, I'm concerned about possible damage to the card.
Right now I'm leaning toward a return - I would think this is 'SNAD' more than 'received damaged'. I believe the seller should have stated the case is cracked (and badly) because the scan makes it just look scratched. I recently sold a PSA card that had a less than 1/2 inch crack in a corner, not touching the card and I completely pointed it out.

I think the crack was there but went all the way through in shipping. SNAD is the way to go. I did three reholders of cracked cases at The National last year to not have to worry about shipping to PSA. To get them back at the National was pricey so had them shipped back to me.

I'm leaning towards the return. It's a real shame because it's a very tough card to find in nice condition at a true auction (and not the ones that are on buy it now's for too high a price).
I'd love to reholder but I'm afraid of current or potential damage to the card.

I have an update on this card as it is now the only one I need for 1966 High Numbers.
It is back for sale on eBay (different seller) with the seller mentioning 'slight surface crack'. I reached out to them in a friendly manner saying they may want to elaborate on that as it could save a potential return.
